At IT Planet Software Solution, we maintain a transparent and strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and commitment from both parties.

1. Advance Payment Policy

100% advance payment is mandatory for all services before project initiation.

No work will begin until full payment is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a project or service has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled.

If a client fails to respond or delays the project, it will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests after payment will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made are strictly non-refundable.

Once resources, time, or manpower has been allocated, the payment is considered utilized.

No refunds will be issued for completed, ongoing, or unused services.

In cases where payments are made to third-party service providers through us, refunds will be processed only if the respective third-party provider issues a refund. Once the refund is received from the third party, it will be forwarded to the client within 15 working days from the date of receipt.

4. Third-Party Services

Some services may include third-party tools such as hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, or advertising platforms.

Payments made for third-party services are non-refundable.

These services operate under their own cancellation and refund policies.

IT Planet Software Solution is not responsible for any refund claims related to third-party providers.
