1. Service Policy

We provide IT services including web development, digital marketing, hosting, and software solutions. All services are delivered based on agreed project scope, timelines, and payment terms. Project timelines depend on client approvals and timely submission of required content. Any delays from the client side may impact delivery schedules. Payments must be made as per the agreed quotation. Once a project is completed and approved, any additional changes or modifications may be subject to additional charges.

2. Data Policy

We respect your data privacy and ensure that all client information is handled securely and responsibly. Client data is used strictly for project execution and communication purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with unauthorized parties. Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect your data; however, clients are responsible for maintaining backups unless explicitly included in the service plan.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All services require 100% advance payment before project initiation. No work will begin until full payment has been received and confirmed. All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the project has started or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests will not be entertained. No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed services.

4. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve integration or usage of third-party tools, platforms, or services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, or marketing platforms. These third-party services operate under their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies. IT Planet Software Solution is not responsible for any issues, downtime, data loss, or policy changes related to such providers. Clients are advised to review the respective third-party terms before using these services. Any costs related to third-party tools or subscriptions must be borne by the client unless stated otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or website downtime.

6. Changes to Terms

IT Planet Software Solution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
